Who is the new deputy speaker of parliament Muhsin al-Mandalawi?

On September 28, the Council of Representatives elected Muhsin al-Mandalawi as the new First Deputy Speaker, replacing Hakim al-Zamili who resigned with the Sadrist Bloc in June. Mandalawi secured 203 votes from a total of 240 ballots cast.
