The government of Muhammad Shiya al-Sudani was approved by parliament today. The deal that was brokered by the political blocs to end the 12-month stalemate included an agreement to hold another round of early elections based on Muqtada al-Sadr’s insistence. So when can we expect the Sudani government to hold these elections?
