Taxes Commission pledges reform but yields limited results

The Taxes Commission is seeking to revamp its image in response to the backlash that followed the so-called Heist of the Century, but beyond the rhetoric of reform, there are few signs that the commission has undertaken an overhaul of its institutional arrangements.
