Weekly roundup: Baghdad and Erbil make headway in negotiations

With Parliament still in recess, the Sudani government focussed last week on its ongoing negotiations with the KRG, and reports suggest that key interim agreements were reached. Delegations from the United States and the World Bank were also in Baghdad to discuss security and economic issues.
